Ingredients

No external ingredients needed. Only 1/4 cup of water.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350˚F Place the Red Snapper fish in a baking tray-
you can place chopped onions under the fish to avoid the fish sticking to the tray
Add 1/4 cup of water and leave it to cook till all the water is absorbed and fish is ready to eat.
You can also cover it to speed up cooking.
It will be ready in 20 mins.

Grilling

Instructions

Place it on the griller for 10 mins on each side or untill it is cooked.
