Ingredients

500g. whole Sea bass fish
2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 grind garlic cloves
4 thin Lemon slices
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper

Steps

Preheat oven to 350˚F
Open small horizontal cuts on the top of the fish
In a small bowl, combine squeezed lemon, grind garlic , sea salt , black pepper , parsley.
Spread over the whole sea bass fish
Place a baking tray , add some water to avoid fish sticking to tray
Bake at 350°F for 25 min or until just cooked through and flaky. Don't overcook.
